CSBA provides experienced trainers for both specialized individualized training and team experience training. The individual training experience is a one-on-one training with one of our CSBA coaches, focused on developing the skills that you want to work on. Individual 60 minute personalized sessions: $75
2 players: $50 each
3+ players: $40 each
The team experience is centered around organizing and executing CSBA team training and dynamic drills at the team practice site (your gym/chosen location).
