Flow operates in two communities: Chicago and DuPage County. The primary gym location in Chicago is the Latin School of Chicago. The primary gyms in the western suburbs are Montini High School, Lombard and Fountain View Rec Center, Carol Stream. In both communities, additional gym locations are added as need.

The Upper School is located at the SE Corner of Clark St. and North Ave. The gyms are on the 1st & 5th floors.
Parking is available on the street via meters. Be aware where residential parking rules apply. Paid parking is available in the following lots.

There are two possible gym sites at the school: the main gym or fieldhouse. There is ample parking in the rear of the building.
