We are happy to announce that our long-standing AAU Coach, Adam Eastman, has been promoted to the position of Leader of AAU Development, in addition to his current responsibilities as Co-Leader of Basketball Development for the Chicago Sky Basketball Academy.
Many of you have worked with Adam on many different levels of our organization, especially at the AAU level, so many of you know exactly what kind of expertise, experience, and attention Adam brings to our program. His responsibilities will include organizing teams, as well as developing a strong, dedicated coaching staff at the AAU level. Adam will also prepare a yearlong developmental and competitive AAU curriculum for all of our current and future athletes. In addition, he will continue coaching and will be available any immediate assistance from families, players, and coaches.
Korie will stay involved and present with all aspects of the program, especially with our AAU level teams. She will continue to be present in practice, she will work directly with Adam on our strategic vision of the program, as well as and all questions related to philosophies and the approach to our program.
